BSA Ringoes Troop 65 is a youth led high adventure organization offering the Scout the experience of leadership through hands-on participation in high adventure activities such as camping, kayaking, and hiking. We meet on Monday nights in Ringoes, New Jersey .
The troop meets weekly Monday nights 7:30-9pm. Scouts plan and lead the weekly meetings and events (campouts, hikes and service projects) alongside of the troop’s fully trained adult leadership. The activities of the troop enforce the principles of the Scout Oath and Law, while developing leadership and team building skills.

Troop 65 attended Philmont Scout Ranch in 2015 and 2019. Located in the Sangre De Cristo range of the Rocky Mountains in northeast New Mexico, Philmont is The Boy Scouts of America's largest high adventure base stretching over 140,000 acres. Using map and compass the Scouts hiked about 100 miles over the course of 10 days. They participated in various activities at each of the camps that they stopped at during their trek. Some of the activities included black powder shooting, blacksmithing, and horseback riding.

Eagle scout is the highest rank a boy scout can achieve; and challenges scouts to the fullest of their abilities. The journey to the Rank of Eagle challenges scouts to the fullest of their ability. To get Eagle Scout you have to climb through all the ranks of boy scouts while completing merit badges as well as completing a community service project. Troop 65 has had 14 scouts achieve Eagle scout while in the troop.

Active Eagle Projects Being worked on by Troop Members Seth Gould's project includes the design and construction of an outdoor picnic area. Aaron Importico's project includes the replacement of a bridge and new benches at Sarah Dilts Farm Park in Stockton. Scott Hurban is working on renovations and construction of sleeping quarters for the Amwell Valley Rescue Squad.
